Time Management for a unique project of construction and preservation of the vaults in the ancient port of Caesarea. The works were carried out at Caesarea National Park which is designated by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, thus required ultimate adherence to the rules of archaeological preservation.

• Planning by T.I.K. Projects.

• Planning and setting up schedules (Gantt Chart).

• PMO, planning the project's contents, and updating the schedules according to the works in progress while analyzing the project's critical path.
