Management of a technological project by the startup company TRIGO and Shufersal, Israel's biggest retail chain. The project included installation of about 550 artificial intelligence CCTV cameras on the branch's ceiling that enable cashier-free shopping and use of technology and application. 

Planning management:

• A member of a planning and steering team of the Shufersal management.

• Coordination of the planning with the startup company TRIGO in planning and installing artificial intelligence CTV cameras.

• Budget control.

• Planning and setting up schedules (Gantt Chart).

• Management and supervision of the execution phase and the installation of communication systems and infrastructure.

• Coordination and integration of combined communication, electric UPS and air conditioning systems.
