A thorough safety improvement project, including repair of safety deficiencies, at the buildings of the Technology Division of Mizrahi-Tefahot Bank, one of Israel's leading banks.

Planning management:

• Coordination of the planning with the Engineering Division of Mizrahi-Tefahot Bank and Electra (FM).

• Planning and setting up schedules (Gantt Chart). Project execution:

• Management and control of the execution phase, according to a safety survey carried out by an electrical test engineer, in order to improve safety and correct any deficiencies at the buildings of the Technology Division.

• Examination and approval of contractors and planners' accounts.
