Execution management:

In managing the project, we were required to present complex engineering solutions for the renovation of a swimming pool located above a hotel parking floor that serves as a mixed-use structure. The project included concrete casting and suspended concrete flooring, installation of infrastructure systems, electrical work, cladding, and shading. Coordination and management of execution, supervision of construction work, and establishment of the swimming pool.

In a joint effort with the project owner and the executing contractor, and with great professionalism, adherence to the task, and determination, we managed to achieve the goal!
