Construction of a main kitchen at Dan Hotel Jerusalem, at the foot of Mount Scopus, which is one of the most prestigious hotels of Dan chain in Israel.
Planning management:

Coordination of the planning with the Engineering Division of Dan Hotels Israel, The hotel's CEO, the deputy CEO of food and beverages, and a chef.

Cooperation with Nachshon Kitchen Design in planning a hot kitchen, a cold kitchen, vegetable rooms, warehouses, cool rooms and freezers.
