Planning management:

• Coordination of the planning with the Engineering Department of Bezeq International.

• Creating comparison tables, estimations and bills of quantities.

• Planning and setting up schedules (Gantt Chart). Execution management:

• Coordination and management of the execution phase, supervision of complex engineering construction works,    infrastructure and integrated systems, and power supplying from two different high voltage transformers,                redundancies - A + B, to a facility connected directly to a submarine cable. * Coordination and integration of          combined communication, electric UPS, generators and air conditioning systems, construction contractors, smoke detectors and fire sprinklers.

• Examination and approval of contractors and planners' accounts.
