Kitchen Reconstruction – Dan Tel Aviv Hotel
Client
Project
Reconstruction of the main kitchen at the Dan Tel Aviv Hotel was carried out as part of a broader effort to upgrade the hotel’s infrastructure to modern, efficient standards. The work took place in the heart of an active hotel, requiring the maintenance of uninterrupted daily operations while meeting the strict requirements of the Ministry of Health and the Dan Hotels chain.
Engineering Planning and Coordination
The project involved a complete redesign of the kitchen layout and integration of advanced systems including utilities, HVAC, and control. Planning was coordinated with consultants and suppliers to ensure compatibility with existing infrastructure and compliance with HACCP and Ministry of Health standards. Work was executed under tight logistical constraints, maintaining hotel operations and adhering to budget, schedule, and quality requirements.
Project Management and Supervision
Full project supervision was provided from the design phase through final delivery. Oversight included all interior work such as finishes, electromechanical systems, plumbing, and electrical installations. The team maintained ongoing coordination with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and hotel staff throughout the process, with particular focus on safety, cleanliness, and compliance with rigorous standards. The project was delivered on schedule, on budget, and at the highest level of quality. Phase I was successfully completed, resulting in a modern, innovative, and highly efficient kitchen environment tailored to the needs of the hotel’s culinary staff.
