Engineering Planning & Coordination:
Coordination of planning with the Dan Hotels chain to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, mandatory standards, and the chain’s high-quality standards. This included budget control, identification and management of engineering risks, and the development of a detailed execution plan tailored to the project's unique nature and client requirements.
Project Management & Supervision:
The execution management of this project posed a complex engineering challenge. We implemented advanced engineering solutions for the renovation of a swimming pool located above an underground parking facility within a high-end, multi-use building.
The project involved advanced engineering techniques, including concrete beam casting and a suspended floor structure, integration of plumbing and electrical systems, high-end cladding, and the installation of smart shading solutions.
Throughout the process, we ensured meticulous supervision, seamless coordination with design teams, and precise synchronization with contractors and suppliers to achieve optimal results.
