Kitchen Construction – Dan Hotel Jerusalem
Project
Construction of the main kitchen at the Dan Hotel Jerusalem, including infrastructure upgrades, full compliance with strict regulatory standards, and comprehensive operational improvements – as part of the hotel’s system renewal program. The project was carried out within an active hotel environment and required precise engineering coordination, advanced planning solutions, and high-level execution management. The project was successfully completed, resulting in a modern, efficient, and regulation-compliant kitchen that meets the highest standards of the Dan Hotels chain and the operational needs of the hotel staff.
Engineering Planning and Coordination
The kitchen layout underwent complete architectural and functional redesign. All essential systems – including water, sewage, electrical, HVAC, and ventilation – were integrated in full accordance with Ministry of Health regulations. Planning was closely coordinated with professional industrial kitchen equipment suppliers. The design followed HACCP standards and focused on ensuring a safe, efficient, and comfortable work environment for the kitchen team. All solutions were adapted to the existing building layout, ensuring smooth operational flow and full regulatory compliance.
Project Management and Supervision
The project included dismantling of existing systems, infrastructure upgrades, and full integration of new kitchen equipment. Coordination with all on-site parties ensured smooth execution without disrupting hotel operations. The project was completed on time and on budget, delivering a modern, efficient kitchen that meets Dan Hotels’ highest operational and regulatory standards.
