Project

Upgrade and expansion of the main kitchen infrastructure at Dan Accadia Hotel, one of Israel’s leading hospitality destinations. The project required high-level engineering coordination, precise management, and full compliance with the strict standards of the Dan Hotels chain.

Engineering Planning & Coordination

  • Close collaboration with Dan Hotels' engineering department, with full adherence to regulations, professional standards, and internal protocols.

  • The process included: Budget control with risk identification and engineering risk management.

  • Development of a precise execution schedule Adaptation to the operational needs of an active hotel kitchen.

Project Management & Supervision:

  • Work was carried out while maintaining the hotel's ongoing operations, dealing with limited access, tight schedules, and existing infrastructure constraints.

  • Key tasks included: Upgrading of electrical, water, and ventilation systems Integration of custom solutions tailored to the needs of the chef and kitchen staff Ongoing supervision and coordination among all on-site stakeholders.

  • The project was completed in full alignment with the chain’s requirements and the highest standards of the hospitality industry – creating an advanced, functional, and aesthetically pleasing kitchen environment.
